After printing out one of the pages found in the links
below, cut each card out and send them along to your Airman with
instructions for them to give one to each of their Wingman to send home
in their next letter. Here is an example paragraph to give you some
idea.

group online called Air Force & Space Force Family Support (formerly known as Air Force M.O.M.S. B.M.T.) Please give one strip
to each of your wingmen with instructions to include the info in
their next letter home. I'm getting support, help & knowledge from
this group! It will help us parents connect with each other too.
